The main aim of this Project is to prepare final designs with the necessary elements such as (transmission lines, pumping stations, collection rooms, manholes, tanks, etc.) in order to meet the potable water needs of the resettlements. All the modeling/ calculations/ works are performed in the scope of this Project.
Besides; during preliminary reporting phase, the capacity of the treatment plant and its placement is decided. Geological, mapping studies and expropriation plans including calculations were included to the scope of the job.
Transmission and Distribution Lines:
Appx. 310 km (Ø100 mm – Ø800 mm)
Network Lines:
Appx: 450 km (Ø75 mm – Ø180 mm)
Services provided by ALTER;
- Determination of existing situation of all potable water structures like reservoirs, networks, transmission lines at project area according to physical, hydraulic capacity and economic criteria, determination of priority areas
- With related regulations, making population and drinking water requirement projections.
- Measurements for maps, site control and handover
- In the lights of surveys, getting decisions to continue to use of the existing facilities or planning construction of new ones.
- Hydro geological studies for detection of water sources, spring water etc., in the event of an adequate capacity of existing potable water,
- Determination of routes for planned and existing transmission lines, determination for settlements of tanks and treatment plant, preliminary studies for expropriation, geological studies in accordance with relevant regulations.
- Preparation of Conceptual designs and reports of Treatment Plant
- For all transmission lines of settlements, preparation of hydraulic calculations at computer systems.
- Hydraulic modeling
- Expropriation works
- Application of planned structures at site like reservoirs, treatment plant, pumping station, etc.
- Preparation of final designs for all transmission lines, networks and water structures.
