The purpose of this study is to determine optimum use of Arakli River between 0 and 560 m altitudes for energy production. Planning, preliminary engineering design and feasibility studies are carried out for these 3 dams and Hydroelectric Power Plant. Benefits such as water supply for irrigation are analyzed.
