Within the scope of “Bodrum Water Project” which was financed by the “European Bank for Reconstruction and Development” loan, the drinking and utility water distribution network was improved and measurable sub-regions (DMA) were established in the distribution network in Bodrum central districts before connecting to MUSKI. These sub-regions, which can be operated partially, are controlled by the SCADA system. ALTER has reviewed the project and ensured that the non-operative measurable sub-regions were operative.
Services provided by ALTER;
- Surveying of all drinking water infrastructure within the scope of MUSKI in Bodrum region (Bodrum peninsula).
- Trenchless determination of drinking water infrastructure networks (near surface imaging instruments) and recording with coordinates.
- Transferring data of infrastructure to Geographical Information System (GIS).
- Conducting Master Plan for the overall water supply network in Bodrum peninsula.
- In Bodrum peninsula, designation of hydraulic model including different scenarios from today till 2060.
- Separation of Project area to measurable sub-regions (DMA).
- Preparation of water budget study under the scope of the regulation of ‘Water Loss Control in Water Supply and Distribution Systems’ published by T.C. Ministry of Forestry and Water Affairs Directorate General for Water Management.
- Determination of short term, midterm and long term investment program as result of hydraulic modeling.
- Design of 300km urgent rehabilitation Project.
- Conducting seepage loss works by forming 5 units of ‘Measurable sub-region’ chosen from measurable sub-regions.
